All about Pro Photo Ops - FAQ

What is included in my Pro Photo Op?

Each photo op purchased is valid for a single photo with a celebrity guest or group of guests.  You may have up to two adults in the photo and up to two kids under the age of 12.  You will receive a single 8x10 print shortly after your photo session.

Can I get an autograph at the time of the photo op?

No. Autographs must be purchased directly from the celebrity guest at their table.

Do I need an event ticket to take a photo op?

Yes.  You must purchase an event ticket in order to access the Photo Op area.

Where do I purchase photo op tickets?

Photo ops can be purchased online at fandomphotoops.com or at the show in the Photo Op area.

What do I need to bring for my photo op?

For presale tickets you will receive an email confirmation from Capture Ticketing that will include a QR code.  That QR code can be printed out or saved on your phone to be scanned by our staff at the time of the photo op.  The QR code will store all of your photo op tickets together as long as you use the same email address at the time of purchase.

Is it possible to change my photo op for another celebrity guest?

Yes.  Please email fandomphotoops@gmail.com or stop by our sales desk to swap your ticket.  If the tickets are not the same price you will need to pay for the difference.

What time does my photo op start?

The pro photo op schedule is released one or two weeks prior to the event.  Check for the schedule at fandomphotoops.com  Please remember that times are subject to change.  It is recommended to double check your photo op times the morning before the show.

Please arrive 10-15 minutes prior to your photo ops scheduled time.  At times, a celebrity guest may need the photo op to start early.

What happens if I miss my photo op?

Unfortunately, all photo ops are non-refundable.  We are more than happy to move your photo op to a different day when possible or swap it for another celebrity guest.  Additional charges may apply.

Can I take photos or videos during my photo op?

Photography or videography of any kind is prohibited in the photo op area.  Please be sure to put your phone away during the photo op.  Failure to follow this rule will result in immediate removal from the photo op area.  Refunds will not be provided if this causes you to miss your photo op.

What do I do if I wear glasses?

We do our best to avoid or minimize glare but sometimes this is unavoidable.  If

possible, please remove your glasses during the photo.  If this is not possible please tilt your chin down slightly during the photo or angle your glasses down a touch on your face.

Can I purchase a digital copy after the show?

Digital copies can be purchased by clicking here.  Your 8x10 print will have a small number on the lower right hand corner.  You can use this to locate and purchase your print.
